Volunteers will place equipment in preparation for Friday's Expo or Saturday's ride. **Heavy lifting will be required.** This shift will happen at the same time as the Vendor load-in. Please wear work shoes and bring work gloves and a hat and/or headlamp

Volunteers should be prepared for moderately strenuous activity, including lifting and moving boxes and tables, and sorting and hanging merchandise and signs.

 Help the operations team move and construct our podium stage! Quick and easy shift. You may help out with other volunteer positions after this one hour shift. 

Volunteers will assist with greeting merchants, helping them find their booth location and conveying general set-up protocol. Physical needs will include standing and sitting, using a hand truck, and circulating around the event site as needed. Event map

Manage our Bike Bedazzling station! Assist riders and festival attendees with provided art supplies and materials to bling out their bikes! 

Assist riders with checking in and returning bikes. Duties may include giving each rider a sticker that matches where they parked; verifying that bike numbers match rider bib numbers, and giving directions on where to proceed. Required for this shift are good customer service skills, ability to be cool under pressure, and working well with a team and leader. Location: Outside gym

During packet pickup, distribute swag bags and t-shirts in the Windsor Town Green. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.

During packet pickup in the Reg Area, welcome the riders, perform rider verification activities, pull packets sorted numerically, and communicate very general ride information.

During packet pickup in the Reg Area, direct riders to bike valet, answer general event questions, and assist with waiver signing. Volunteers should be comfortable speaking assertively and giving direction.

Volunteers will serve beer at the Expo. Preferred: Experienced food and beverage servers,  since the job requires you to check IDs, pour and serve beer.  Volunteers may also be asked to help with other tasks in this area to keep the flow going.  Mandatory training will occur on-site at the beginning of each volunteer shift.  Volunteers must be over 21, bring your ID to the event.  Sign-up early, this one goes fast!  Location:  Windsor Town Green 701 McClelland Dr Windsor, CA 95492
