Bike Bedazzling & Sign Making, oh my! Help set-up one of our favorite festival activities! We're looking for artistically minded volunteers that have good instincts in setting up a productive and efficient workspace!

During packet pickup in the Reg Area, direct riders to bike valet, answer general event questions, and assist with waiver signing. Volunteers should be comfortable speaking assertively and giving direction.

Duties may include giving each rider a sticker that matches where they parked; verifying that bike numbers match rider bib numbers, and giving directions on where to proceed. Required for this shift are good customer service skills, ability to be cool under pressure, and working well with a team and leader. Location: Outside gym

Volunteers will guide riders into staging areas. You'll be using strong communication skills to gently but firmly tell riders where they can and cannot go. Physical needs will include standing for 3+ hours. Wear comfortable close-toed shoes.

This is a general signup position for Moto Marshals.  All motos must be approved by Ken Kimari prior to signing up here.  Please contact our Moto Captain Ken at kenk91645@aol.com   Motos will be working with CHP, bike-marshals and SAGs to provide on course support to riders.   We recommend that motos carry a bike pump and if possible some extra supplies like tubes.  Some supplies will be provided prior to the start of the ride.  Ken will make specific assignments of routes and times on course.  Must hold a current drivers license and insurance.

This is a generic registration for any EMS volunteers. Positions and times are coordinated through Ted Williams. Ted will be in contact with volunteers for more information and potential assignments. Actual shifts will be dependent on the location/position.

Provide on course support for riders.  This position is open to anyone with a valid drivers license and insurance, ability to carry two or more bikes and riders.  You may be teamed with an EMT or HAM radio operator depending on needs.

Duties include providing healthcare at the Medical Tent. We need energetic and competent medically trained personnel, including students. Conditions treated include road rash, bee stings, heat exhaustion and chest pain. On sign-up you will be contacted by our Medical Tent Manager for an interview before confirming your participation.

Located at 3850 Dry Creek Road, Healdsburg, CA 95448 (30 min drive time from Downtown Santa Rosa) this rest stop will accommodate 290 riders between the hours of 9:30 am and 11:15 am. Volunteers will help with a variety of tasks including setup, assembling snacks and keeping drinks stocked. Shift includes setup. As a thank you, volunteers at this stop are welcome to return to Windsor Town Green (701 McClelland Dr, Windsor, CA 95492 ) for a food truck meal of your choice until 6:00pm!

Rest Stop at 12855 Geysers Rd, Geyserville, CA 95441 will accommodate 600 riders between the hours of 10:30 am and 4:30 pm. The rest stop will include food and water for the riders, along with a bike rack area. Volunteers will help with a variety of tasks including setup, assembling snacks and keeping drinks stocked. Drive time from Windsor starting line is 52 minutes.

You should be comfortable speaking assertively and corralling large groups of people.  Physical needs will include standing and circulating around the event site as needed.
