Help us move 3 giant tarps and a couple hundred sand bags off of the pump track so that our kids (and adults) can have some extra fun at Wente over the weekend! Because of the extreme winter we had, the pump track didn’t get uncovered. Want to ride it? Help us open it! We need 10 people for an hour or 5 people for 2 hours, so please be able to commit for 2 hours!

 Lots of categories, so lots of prizes to award! Fast pace shift; the objective is to go through podiums relatively quickly so we can all go relax, get a beer, and take a dip in the lake.

Volunteers will help with various stages of tear down, including moving equipment and supplies. Heavy lifting will be required. Ability to read a map is helpful. Please wear close-toed shoes and bring a headlamp if you have one.

Meet the crew below the dining hall! We will lead a small group in repairing breaking bumps along Meander trail and Gauntlet trail. Please bring working gloves, closed-toe shoes and long pants, and a sunhat.

We're done racing, and now we need to get Wente back to its original state! Help us take down all event equipment and collect forgotten trash in the campgrounds.

Licensed EMTs and other medical professionals to drive assigned sections of the course to provide first aid and medical care. 
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
You will drive (in your own vehicle) assigned sections of the course to provide assistance to distressed riders if needed, relay messages to riders, shuttle riders to aid stations and generally be eyes on the course. Personal vehicles will be used, and must be able to reliably transport at least 2 bicycles. You must provide valid driver's license and auto insurance. Specific assignments will be arranged by the SAG coordinator. Strong SAG qualifications include being a mechanic, an EMT (both is great), or a HAM operator, and/or having previous event experience driving SAG.

Be prepared to handle food and to lift 50+ lbs with set up and break down. This is an all day volunteer shift. Meet at the Bike Monkey tent on Field #1 at Riverview Sports Park at the beginning of your shift to pick up a layout map of the Expo/Festival and be given detailed instructions.

Volunteers should be prepared for moderately strenuous activity, including lifting and moving boxes, tables and chairs, hanging signs and other physical activities. Physical needs will include a strong back and ability to lift.
1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Parking entry volunteers will be stationed at various designated parking areas around the event to monitor people parking, direct participants to alternate parking opportunities as required and/or direct people to the venue. Physical needs will include standing (you are welcome to bring a camping chair if you have one).
2:45 PM - 5:00 PM
Volunteers will serve beer at the Expo. Preferred: Experienced food and beverage servers, since the job requires you to check IDs, pour and serve beer.  Volunteers may also be asked to help with other tasks in this area to keep the flow going. Volunteers must be over 21, bring your ID to the event.  Sign-up early, this one goes fast!
